An NHS community-pharmacy claims platform, audit-ready by design

The challenge
Community pharmacies had to identify and count claimable NHS service activity accurately — get it wrong and you lose revenue or fail an audit.
What we did
We built the multi-tenant platform from scratch — file-upload ingestion, an eligibility and de-duplication engine, role-based access for every actor in the process, and secure login — then run it as a long-term product team.
The AI work
We ran a rigorous evaluation of machine learning vs deterministic rules for eligibility detection and de-duplication, and shipped the approach that was provably more accurate and auditable for a regulated setting — with a roadmap toward predictive risk scoring and clinical-decision support.
Outcome
Pharmacies reconcile claimable services each period with confidence the numbers will stand up to audit.
