The challenge
Agencies lost hours reformatting CVs by hand and digging through inconsistent documents — and were beginning to drown in AI-generated "CV sludge".
What we did
We have been the embedded engineering team for years, building the platform from an early CV summariser to today's AI product, and running the applied-NLP R&D in collaboration with a university research centre.
The AI work
We built the AI core: NLP that extracts structured data from any document and reformats CVs into branded, ATS-ready templates, and — in the latest generation — a retrieval-augmented "ask your candidates" experience that ranks and shortlists with confidence scores. Domain-tuned models keep extraction accurate and candidate data private.
Outcome
Recruiters cut manual CV preparation dramatically and shortlist faster; the platform is used by recruitment teams internationally.
