What we collect and why

Booking a call. When you book a fit call we collect your name, email, chosen time and anything you tell us — to schedule and hold the call. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Outbound contact. We process business contact data for B2B outreach under legitimate interest. Every message carries our identity, postal address and a one-line opt-out; opt-outs are suppressed immediately and permanently.

Website analytics. We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Plausible). It is aggregate and sets no cookies; we capture page visits and campaign parameters only — never your name or email.

Processors

• Microsoft (Microsoft 365 / Bookings) — scheduling and calendar for booked calls.
• Self-hosted services we operate — analytics (Plausible), CRM, automation — on our own infrastructure.
• OVHcloud — website hosting.
• Email delivery and business-contact verification providers — used only for B2B outreach (currently Smartlead, BetterContact and Bouncer).

Retention

Booking and CRM records: up to 24 months from our last meaningful contact with you, after which they are deleted or re-verified. Opt-out/suppression list: retained permanently, as needed to honour opt-outs.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction. To exercise any right, or to opt out of contact, email hello@eagnatech.ie — we're happy to sort things out directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
