A security-workforce platform with face verification and automated vetting

The challenge

Security and lone-worker operators had to verify identities on site and run heavy background checks (right-to-work, AML, sanctions) by hand.

What we did

We build and operate this workforce-management platform end-to-end — scheduling, check-calls, mobile patrolling, and a central staff and subcontractor database — as a long-running product.

The AI work

Workers clock in with facial recognition, and onboarding runs an automated vetting workflow: ID, right-to-work, multi-year address history and AML / PEP / sanctions screening. The face-recognition core is the same in-house capability we are rolling out across our platforms.

Outcome

Operators onboard and verify staff in a fraction of the time, with a clear compliance trail.
