The challenge
Contractors needed to capture job costs from the field — receipts, invoices, labour — and see real budget-vs-actual without manual re-keying.
What we did
We have run an embedded squad on the product for years and built and shipped its iOS and Android apps (including on-site receipt photo capture), handling features, releases and DevOps end-to-end.
The AI work
We delivered the product engineering and accounting/job-costing integrations the platform's automation is built on, and own the mobile and release pipeline.
Outcome
Site teams capture costs on mobile; the office gets real-time job costing. Apps shipped to both stores; one client reported roughly a 60% cut in accounts data-entry time.
